Policy on exchanges, returns and order cancellations.

Our items are guaranteed by important trademarks. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is the commitment we have to our customers.


For this reason, we have created the Exchange and Return Policy that defines the rules associated with this type of operation.

 

Conditions for Exchanges of Material

1- If the Customer receives your order and verifies that the product does not correspond to what was requested, he has a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt to execute his right of exchange or return.


2.The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging sealed of origin, and containing all manuals and accessories.


Exclusions

 If the product falls under any of the following conditions, CLS - Brands, Lda® reserves the right not to accept the exchange or return:


1.If the product or size is not part of our stock and has been specifically ordered for the customer;


If the product has been subject to any kind of personalization;


3.Sealed products that have been opened after delivery (e.g. filters, gloves, first aid boxes, etc.);


4.Products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. disposable masks, foam earplugs, etc.);


5.If the product has been used or tested;


6.If the article is on promotion;


7.If the item in question has already been subject to an exchange;


8. if the exchange or return request is made after 15 days from the date of receipt of the material.


Conditions for Exchanging Material

To enable us to serve you quickly and efficiently, please fill out the following information correctly on the "Exchanges and Returns" form, before sending any articles to CLS - Brands, Lda®:

1) After approval of the exchange/return, the item must be hand delivered or sent to CLS - Brands, Lda® - Avenida da Estação,nrº603, 4935-238 Darque - Viana do Castelo, Portugal - and be accompanied by the original purchase document.


2) Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and after checking their condition, we will issue a Credit Note for the product, in case of return, or issue a Credit Note and invoice the correct product, in case of exchange.


3) In case of return, payment will be made after deduction of shipping costs, by bank transfer. For this, please indicate your NIB/IBAN in the space reserved for this purpose NIB/IBAN. The transfer will be made within a maximum of 7 working days from the date your return is processed. ATTENTION: Please read carefully the costs associated with your exchange/return:


If it is an exchange or return originating from a customer error (Reasons A), the shipping costs for pickup and/or replacement will be at the Customer's expense.

If the origin of the exchange or return stems from mistaken shipping by CLS - Brands, Lda® (Reasons B), the shipping and collection costs will be for the account of CLS - Brands, Lda®, provided that the client communicates this circumstance within fifteen (15) days after receiving the item.


Conditions for Order Cancellation

The customer may give up the order, provided that it has not yet been processed. The customer must mention the order number, the taxpayer number associated with the website registration, and the reason for giving up. The order cancellation should only be formalized by e-mail to the following address: geral@cls.pt.


The refund of money relating to the cancelled order will be processed via bank transfer once both parties (client and CLS - Brands, Lda®) agree to the cancellation. Any payment fees will not be refunded.


 If the order has already been processed, CLS - Brands, Lda® reserves the right to invoice up to 80% of the value of the order if the customer cancels it.
